By accessing, registering with, or using the 35bed platform (the "Platform") in any way, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 35bed (the "Company") and confirm your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on this Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not register or maintain an account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 35bed with respect to your use of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 35bed Platform you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

To access the full functionality of 35bed you must create a registered member account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 35bed reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this clause.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers at 35bed unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds become eligible for conversion to real-money balance once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for the 35bed welcome bonus is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Specific requirements for other promotions are stated in those promotions' individual terms.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or organised cheating with other Platform users.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling services are prohibited by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform Content solely for your personal non-commercial use.

35bed collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 35bed employs SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not store sensitive financial credentials such as bKash or Nagad PINs. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding verification requirements or legal holds apply. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
